Hello Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex members!

We are looking for some volunteers to fill a couple of slots at the desk at the Montezuma Audubon Center for this year’s Muckrace event. We are in need of someone during the Friday (9/8), 6-9pm position and Saturday (9/9) noon-2pm spot.

The task entails collecting the forms from teams as they arrive/check in, with the most important form being the Release and Hold Harmless waiver which needs to be signed by EACH team member. Other forms would include a team
registration form (many are done online) & pledge form. Each team will have a stack of t-shirts which will be sorted according to team and sizes and available for them to pick up. These will have already been paid for. There will be extra t-shirts available for purchase and as a volunteer you will receive a FREE one! A cash box and starter cash will be made available and there will be copies of the rules, maps, checklist, etc. available for teams to take.
