We understand that the coordinators and sponsors of the Montezuma Muckrace as well as private property owners accept no legal liability, in any way, related to this event, and by signing this document we agree to release them from all liability.
Media Release Authorization
As a participant in the Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex Muckrace, I hereby authorize the Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex, a New York not-for-profit organization, to record my name, picture, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and participation in film, photographs, audio/visual recordings, tape, social media, or otherwise, for use in all related media.
I agree that all photo, video, and other production-related materials may be edited and otherwise altered at the sole discretion of the Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex, whether for public or private use.
I further agree and understand that I have no rights to any production related to the Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex or any benefits derived therefrom, thereby irrevocably and unconditionally releasing and waiving all rights, legal and moral, so that the Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex may fully use my name, picture, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and participation in film, photographs, audio/visual recordings, tape, social media, or otherwise, in all related media.
I am of full age and have the authority to make this release and to give the rights granted herein to the Friends of the Montezuma Wetlands Complex. I will not make any commitments to others inconsistent with this release. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents of this release. This release is binding on me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns
