The Refuge entrance is located on NY5 & US 20 between Seneca Falls and Auburn, just minutes from Exit 41 on the NYS Thruway. From Exit 41, turn right onto NY 414. At the first stop light, turn left onto NY 318 and follow it for approximately 5 miles to its end. Turn left onto NY 5 & US 20. Turn left into the Refuge entrance in 1.25 miles.
